Anyone?
I'm not sure they're interchangeable and curios to know myself as I have a 99 Camaro V6 car that's now my future strip car. The good news is that 0411 ECM's for V8 cars are relatively cheap though.

Does that mean just install the V8 engine and harness and your done? My concern is the throttle setup on the V6 car which is drive by wire. I'll be going to a drive by cable so do I just need to remove a pedal and cable from a V8 Camaro to replace the one in the V6 car?

So its going to be more well then how much more and be specific? For me its a strip car so I'm not looking to put everything the V8 car has so for me its the bare minimum. If its just an engine harness, k-member, rack-n-pinion and steering shaft that's not a big deal. I don't plan on using the transmission, fuel system or rearend in the V6 car anyways. I'm more concerned about the electronics and wiring so can anyone who knows what really needs to be done share their knowledge as to what changes need to be made to make the conversion. This may not be the correct forum to ask this in the first place but I found the post here and inquiring minds want to know.
