Default Tuning VE table below 15KPA

Hey Everyone

Having a lean spike issue. Typically occurs between 1500 and 2300 when letting off the throttle (tps going to 0%). My MAP KPA drops to 12-14 KPA for a second and my wideband spikes to 16-17 AFR. I've tried fattening up the VE table in the 15-20 KPA rows but it did not help.Should i be seeing a MAP value this low? My VE table doesnt have a MAP value this low to make any adjustments. I have DFCO and CFCO turned off as I thought that might be causing it, but the issue persists. Im kind of lost where to go from here. Any suggestions would be great

Car is an 89 Firebird
95 LT1 from a caprice
24x Torqhead conversion
Cam from an F-body LT1
1.6 rocker arms
Hedman mid length headers, ORY to 3 inch magnaflow

Is this causing a return to idle issue? If not, don't worry about it. If you get zero fuel off throttle, it is only an issue if it does not return to idle correctly or causes a hiccup when you get back on the throttle.

It doesn't seem to cause any issues returning to idle. Thats good to know, I'm pretty new to tuning.

I doubt at that RPM it is going into dfco, but dfco will do that also. Make sure that is disabled when tuning, and set it back up when done if you want the extra help with mpgs. As said, it is fine going lean on decel. That is exactly what dfco does.
