Default Codes after header install

My truck is completely stock except for a intake. I just installed some longtube headers. And now I'm getting torque converter codes? I know the 4l60e are glass but just a header install. Or is this from me driving it with no tune. Codes are p0740, p0785, p1860

Just erased codes and drove around for awhile still hasn't popped up. And it drives and shifts normal. Wondering if remote start can cause this.
