Default Deka60# Injectors from 2006. Need flow humbers

I have this set of injectors on my car they work great. But i cant find flow numbers that translate to HPtuners. Basically im looking for flow rate vs KPA. The chart i have is just flow rate. I was wondering if there was a chart somewhere that's copy paste.

If they are real siemens deka 60's, then the theoretical numbers are plenty close enough to use in your tune. The only thing I am trying to remember now is if the 60# rating is at 43 or 45psi. If you are using a vac/boost referenced fuel pressure regulator, then your flow vs kpa will just be one number across the board. If using a non referenced regulator, some simple math will get you there. If they are cheap knockoffs, then disregard this post entirely.

  • Siemens FI114961 or 107-961 ( 107961 )
  • Mototron INJ-GAS-006 ( L107)
  • Accel 74620L
  • MSD / Edge 2030
  • Equivalent Part Numbers:
They are real Dekas. I got the part number off the injectors.

Im having problems finding any consistency with numbers.

I have two different files with Dek60 numbers and both are different numbers, one is a PDF deka60.zip the other is a tune called siemansdeka60.

Then on two different tunes from HPtuners (both ls1 camaros) use the same numbers between tunes but those numbers are different from the numbers from deka60.zip and siemansdeka60 so right now i have 3 different deka 60 numbers.

Its a stock fuel system except the injectors and dual pump. The second pump a boost a pump. Turns on with boost.

Min injector pulse 1.398 siemensdeka60 tune

Min injector pulse 1.391 deka60.zip i think these numbers are from DEKA.

Min injector pulse 0.942 from both tunes using deka60s both are 2002 camaros.

The other tables have different numbers too.

The "official" injector tables, if you have actually found such a thing, will be entirely different than any tunes you pull from the repository. I do not know of any manufacturer who rates their injectors at the 58psi rail pressure that gm uses. As for minimum pulse times and such, I have never seen factory data for that on the injectors you have, so I suspect that any tunes you have perused are using best guestimates, just as I and many others have successfully done.

Awesome! That’s exactly the information I needed. I was under I the impression that the information I had was from Deka. Now I feel pretty confident using the information from a pulled tune.

thanks

I have 60# "real" Siemen Deka injectors.

Attached my data. I can email you actual tune if this pic is worthless...lol

EDIT*
I attached the tune that was in my car when I got it, 2 years ago.
The injector data should all be the same, but definitely wouldn't use any other in fo as the tune was boogered up pretty bad when I got the car...
