Default E67 with 6L90 TCC Circuit

Have an LS3 525 with the stand alone E67 PCM from GM performance. I am mating it to a 6L90 transmission and I am having trouble getting the right brake signal to the trans for TCC lockup. I have the wire that comes out of the trans and have tried wiring it will a pull up / pull down circuit as the 4L80 setups require, but the trans is not seeing the signal correctly.

Do I need to wire a signal to the E67 PCM to see this signal and then it will send to the trans? with key off it shows the pedal not pressed, but once i turn the key to the on position or running it shows brake pedal depressed all the time. Signal wire from the Transmission for brake signal has 7-8V on it when running.

Does anyone know how to wire this for the 6L transmissions?
