Question Wide band sensor location?

I am fabricating the exhaust system,on the 55, using the Pypes kit, with the X over. [L33/4L60E].
Going to use the Terminator X Max.
Instead of putting the sensor in one side or the other, might it be a more accurate read, with the sensor in the center of "X"?
I am going to add a bung in each head pipe, so I can still use my stand alone WB, for troubleshooting.
Yes/no/maybe/are you kidding me?
TIA,

The only issue I see is the distance from port to X-pipe. You usually don't want too long a distance there. The closer to the engine (or the hotter it is) the better it works

For monitoring and tuning, I put the WB in the X. It’s a heated sensor. But the Corvette has the X directly after the collectors.

If your X is way back, behind the trans...,,

Why not put in 2 bungs and compare?

Thanks for the input.
I'm putting bungs in both head pipes, and 1 in the "X".
The X is right close to the end of the trans tailshaft hsg.
We'll see what the differences may be.
