Default E38 to Holley EFI pro dash

Trying to connect the CAN adapter from the dash to the ECU. My harness came from speartech but didn’t have the connector since I was running analog ATT. I don’t have dominator/terminator. The harness came from a turnkey kit from Texas speed. Any help would be great

I far as I know Holley uses it's own protocol so it will not hook up to the factory ecu unless they changed something recently. The Holley dash is sold to work with the Holley ECU or stand alone.
