Default tuning

Hi I have 2002 trans am stock except for a lid and dyno tune for horsepower and torque.

I have the stock tire size all around.

if I change the rear rim diameter to 10.5 with 315's do I need to do a retune?

275 40 17s are very close in height to a 315 35 17. shouldnt make any noticable difference to your speedometer reading.

so it shouldn't affect anything from the way it was tuned?

any issues with rubbing with the 315's?

yes, forget the rim width. I guess it's not changing anything with the tune.

With a manual, tire size only affects your speedo reading. with an auto, it can be much more complicated. That being said, you have tons more reading to do before you even know the right questions to ask. This site will probably have all of the answers, but a few ********* like me will ask you to search and read before asking your questions.
