Help Holley TERMINATOR x

Hello all, not sure if this is the correct spot to post but if not please point me in the correct direction.
I recently removed my stock pcm and harness and installed a holley TERMINATOR x. I got it all install, very simple install. I went to start it and it fired up but it has the 6th light flashing red, and the 7th light is flashing blue. The 6th is for the crank sensor and 7th is for cam. I heard about the cam sensor being pinned wrong, so I swapped the A and C pin on the cam sensor. Still nothing. I then bought both new sensors, still nothing. I checked the wire that goes back to the pcm and it is good and in correct place on both sensors. I have 12v to the power wire a good ground and with key on engine off, I have 12v on the purple with, the signal wire. I have the wire diagram and all wires are correct. I have checked my grounds everywhere and all good and clean. If I go on the lap top and shut the cam sensor off, the car runs good. Will rev up and all. I have no clue what to do next, can anyone help point me in the right direction. Thanks
it is a 5.3 LS 24x wheel drive by cable and 400 trans.
