OBDXPro VT install windows 10 help!
I just received the obdxpro vt in the mail today but I cannot get the port to install correctly on both Surface pro 4 and a Surface pro 6. When I run the installer nothing gets added to the device manager under ports. The only way I can get it added Is to go through device manager and add it manually. When I do this I have to select the driver which I must be grabbing the wrong one. When it gets added to the ports section It has the trouble marker. It says it cannot open port. What am I missing?
Thanks,
Kev

UPDATE:
It was a cable issue. I tried several different cables but it looks like they are power only cables. I used the cable my son uses for his xbox controller and it worked.
I was in contact with OBDXPro support and they are very responsive over email and they guided me look for the right cable.
Thanks,
Kevin
