Default Intermitant P0336

I have a 2006 LQ4 6.0 that i get an intermittent P0336. The engine starts and idles great but after about a minute of running it starts to miss then it throws a P0336 code. I can see the tack go erratic and jump 500-1000 rpms. If i let the engine get up to temp shut it off, rest the cods she runs great. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bad crankshaft position sensor, circuit A. And you have a few of the symptoms. Needs to be fixed soon unless you have free towing, a bicycle or enjoy walking.

I've taken the ground off the back of the block and sanded it down two shiny metal. Where does the ground go into the fuse panel and ECU? I was reading somewhere about voltage drop testing but not sure how to do that with a hall sensor.

Anyone have guidance on how to do a voltage drop test on a crank/cam sensor?
