I have a similar issue, Gen IV 5.3l with the same FiTech kit. It runs great, but the decel is very noisy. Is your issue during power delivery or decleration? There are a couple of Decel settings that can be adjusted. Have you downloaded the software to a lap top and done a data log yet?

FITech isn't exactly regarded as a quality EFI system. More of a "Hobbyists entry to EFI" type of package.

Popping on decel is typically fixed by enabling decel fuel cutoff in most EFI systems. Not sure if FITech offers that.

It's best to call them. But good luck with that too.
Their documentation is poor and incomplete.

I've helped a buddy with a turbo LS. After a lot of work, and one blown engine it actually runs excellent now.

Did you check their forum?

There are a couple of options for having your system remotely tuned by a professional. Mad Science Motorsports is one and it's pretty affordable. He does work on FiTech systems and can do some pretty amazing things remotely.
