Default P0353 Code Help

I have an 05 Silverado 5.3 V6 swap with a turbo. About a week ago it started idling rough and final showed a code in the blue tooth scanner P0353. I have tested all the wires for conductivity and OHMS from the PCM to the plug on the coil pack and they all test fine. Replaced coil, wires and checked plug this has not fixed the problem. Harness is a stock 04 reworked 6.0 harness. Have had no issues since first start up in January. I am at a loss as to what to do next.
Googled the code and this is what is says.

Several problems may cause a P0353 code including:
  • A damaged or defective ignition coil
  • Damaged, defective, or corroded ignition coil connector
  • Damaged, defective, shorted, or corroded ignition coil driver circuit wiring
  • Loose connection at coil
  • Broken connector locks
  • Damaged or defective ECM (rare)
Any input would be greatly appreciate.
