Default New ecm and no start

Ok. I’ve been fighting a no start issue The last couple weeks after doing a firmware update. Borrowed a new ecm, downloaded the software for it, redid a new tune file for it, did a tps autoset, have tried a new crank and cam sensor car still won’t fire. Prior to these issues the car ran for 3 seasons. Ran 5.40s with a sbe 6.0. Car cranks fine. Tach says sync, then will flash a rpm usually in the 700-900 range which is way higher then it’s actually turning then will say error and keeps repeating that sequence. I’ve replaced everything short of the harness itself. Any thoughts?

tone the crank sensor plug to make sure it's pinned correctly at each end. I havent had a bad engine harness, but they're 2 for 2 with mis-pinned transmission harnesses

The harness is the same One that has been in the car for 3 years now. That’s the only thing I haven’t changed in the last week
