VATS disabled but refuse to run

VATS disabled but refuse to run Hi!
I have an engine swap from a Camaro 2013 with E38 ECM. The VATS is disabled (with a Write Entire using HP Tuners), but the engine refuse to run. Replacing the ECM with another E38 it runs just fine, so the problem seems to be the ECM as such. The ECM comes from a car with manual transmission and now it is running with an automatic transmission. Tune file is attached. After a start attempt I get the following error codes:
P0807 Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Low
P0443 Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit
P0449 Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit Intermittent
P0452 Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low
P0463 Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit High
P2068 Fuel Level Sensor B Circuit High
Could any of these errors prevent the engine from running?
