Default Why won’t catalyst and EVAP register?

So I had an aftermarket tuner installed on my base model 2005 C6 Corvette with LS2. Completely Jonesed and took it to get it smogged with the aftermarket tune still in the ECM. Of course it came back as a fail and the smog tech says the catalyst and EVAP won’t register. Ok Fine no problem. take the car home plug in the aftermarket tuner, thank I can re-upload my factory file back into the ECM and all will be good. Wrong! Aftermarket tuner says that it’s married to another car. Call manufacture ask them what I can do, they tell me they won’t touch it because it’s in California car. So I’m on my own, and I take it to a reputable highly respected tuner here in Southern California. I tell him my situation and he tells me that he has a factory base model tune in his computer that he can upload I say that’s great! He uploads it easy Peezy lemon squeezy 15 minutes I’m on down the road. Tuner tells me to drive it for 150 miles I said no problem and I double it to 300 miles just to be on the safe side. So I go to the smog shop today thanking that everything is going to be fine and dandy and the smog Tech tells me that both the catalyst and EVAP system are still not registering! WTF? So my question to all you tuner and ECM specialists what does a guy have to do to get his factory tune to register the EVAP and catalyst so I can get my tags for my car?

Do you have a SES light? It's possible that those DTC systems are flagged not to report and its coming up as not ready or incomplete or you haven't driven the car enough for those to go to ready status.

Catalyst and EVAP are generally the last ones to complete.

I would find someone with a good scanner and have them do an EVAP service bay test. It usually will either pass and be ready or fail and give you a code.

No Sir no light on the dash. I would have thought 3oo miles would have been plenty of miles to drive.
