Are PCM pinouts the same on different years?

I know that a 1998 LS1 harness is "unique", but are any of the pinouts from 1999-2002 PCMs the same? I bought a harness from what I *believe* to be a 2000 car. How can I tell what year the harness is? Are the pinouts the same for any years, so I could just get a 2002 (or any other year) computer to work with this "2000" harness? Make sense?

PCM should work from 99-02, only differences in those years will be emissions hook ups on the 99-2000 will have egr wiring that is not going to get used with an 01-02 pcm. I believe that will be the only difference. Pinouts will be the same.
