Stumble when rolling into throttle

I have a 1966 C10 with a LM7 out of a 2005 Silverado. On throttle tip in, it is stumbling. What I have checked so far:

Fuel pressure at idle as well and while driving. 53ish and stable
injectors - Deka 80's- checked with stethoscope. All seem to be firing correctly
Checked plugs for correct gap - all good gap - 0.040"

Is it possible that I have a bad coil? I tried disconnecting coils 1 at a time, and I cannot hear a difference.

I have turbo charged the motor following the sloppy build with cam, valve springs and the China turbo.

53 sounds low for fuel pressure. Should be 58-60.

Do you think the couple psi would make that big of difference? It stayed constant even when rolling into the throttle. I was thinking the low pressure was just gage variation.

That could easily be. Maybe check it with another gauge to be sure. You do want the right pressure.
