1st calibration write with HP Tuner
The car now has a front mounted Cxracing turbo system with a gt45 turbo and was running rich, which it was running rich before, but was still seeing 10psi at one point. I have water/meth injection setup to spray at 6 psi to keep stuff cool, but I don't think its even getting to that, unless its pulling boost juice though the check valve. Snow performance stuff.
I did some light calibration writing and it feels a little better, as well as changed the fuel Injector rate to 60 across the whole table and then set the BRFPR to 58psi with the reference disconnected and plugged. then I hooked the reverence back up and it went to about 52ish idle from vacuum. Also adjusted the AFR to 1.250 in the PE table, which I believe equals to about 11.56.
I took it for a 13 minute test drive, and did a 55-60mph cruise, stopped for a few seconds, and then attempted some WOT attempts to get some data. Still trying to decipher what I'm looking at, but it goes really rich still and breaks up at about 4000+ RPM and only builds boost to about 2 psi. I'm using an innovate MTX with a serial input to read the AFR.
Any hints of what is going on here? this is my first tune and data log so i just wanna make sure im going in the right direction.
I have the before tune, the modified tune, and the scan file of when I drove it for about 13 minutes.
The current tune is the actual tune on the car now, ignore the dates, I was doing some adjustments before I actually applied this tune. The unmodified tune is the one I pulled before I made changes in case I messed something up lol
