LS3 Conversion - fans not turning on

LS3 Conversion - fans not turning on Good Afternoon All,
I finally took a couple short test drives in my '73 'vette that I did and LS3/TR6060 swap in from a 2014 Camaro. I had the PCM reprogrammed by the LT1Swap guy Brendan and everything fired up and runs nicely. I have been monitoring everything using Torque Pro. So far the fans have not turned on even though the temp has been up to about 220 and I am starting to troubleshoot. Are there PIDs I can monitor in Torque to see if the low/high speed fan signal is being sent? I thought I would start there. I have an email in to Brendan to see what he set the fan temperatures to but have not heard back.
