Bad fuel pump

Bad fuel pump 5.3 lm7. Im having issues with my turbo ls swap at idle it’s perfect its a mild comp cam been driving for bout 2months now tuned with no issues until now when i drive i can cruise for about a minute then My engine will cut power sputter around 100- 300 rpms as long as i let it but as soon as i give it gas to try and raise rpms it dies all the way but starts back up on the dime and drive Then ride for another minute and do the same it doesn’t die right off the bat basically it’s like a bad fuel pump symptom but its not my fuel pump its brand new and has 55# of pressure at rail but it does it a random moments it got worser now I can barely make a block without it doing it im pretty sure its my tps well atleast i hope it is i got a new iac and new 3 bar map just in case just trying to see has anyone had any issues like that

I’m no expert. But first I’d try the relearn process first.
Key off.
Unplug TPS.
Turn key on for 5 seconds.
Key off.
Plug in TPS.
Turn key on. Closed throttle should be 0%.
