Ls swapped cutlass needs Holley tune I have an 86 LS swapped cutlass that’s equipped with a Holley Ecm. I just had my car finished and it isn’t idling. Shop is saying it needs a tune. Where can I go for a tune in the Chicagoland area that specializes in Holley tuning
