Default Rich condition lh6

Long time no post since I sold my camaro. I have a trailblazer with the 5.3 lh6 and I've tried another forum for trailblazers but I'm not making much ground so I thought I'd try here also. I've replaced my MAF, MAP, cleaned my throttle body, and plugs and wires have less than 3k on them. The car has a a tune, cai, and efans all from pcmofnc, hi flow cats, lt headers, aftermarket muffler, less than a year old o2 sensors, and replaced coolant temperature sensor and connector recently also amongst other mods that shouldn't impact this. Here are readings from car scanner and torque pro any help is appreciated. Oh and 3 inch y pipe and the rear o2s are supposed to be tuned out.

Looks like problem occurring at idle. Computer pulling fuel to get AFR in spec. Fuel pressure regulator leaking into vacuum line? Injector leaking? Pull NEG battery cable and turn on ignition switch to completely clear computer. Retest looking at fuel trims, STFT and LTFT. You can disconnect MAF and O2s to see if STFT are within +/- 10%.

I did the maf test before and if I remember right it was 2%+/- dont remember which right now. I got one from a u pull but I just ordered a new one. I'm recovering from surgery right now but if I pulled the fuse for the o2s to test would that work the same as pulling the actual o2s or does that cause a whole other set of problems

MAF is not the same as fuel trims. Fuse for O2s is just for heater circuit. Follow/check the already provided recommendations or take to someone who can. You'll be doing circles for days without a well defined plan that is documented and executed step by step with results recorded.

So I see mixed answers on the fuel pressure regulator on either I have one in the tank or not at all. Anyway I unplugged the o2s from the harness and the maf also and it was 0, plugged o2s back in and it was within 10 +/-, and then plugged the maf back in and and it was staying mostly low positive and for the first time in who knows how long my ltft was positive 2. I also will be checking fuel rail pressure and also saw on a old post here about lifting the fuel rail as a whole and look for a wet spot to show what one is leaking.
