is there any reason to not use this chip??

My car is bone stock 02 T/A M6 with a lid and a K+N filter.

I'd be shocked if this chip actually does anything at all, yet alone add more power than any other tuner has on a bone stock LS1. In general, when it comes to tuning, if you're paying less than ~$300 for the hardware/software needed, you're probably buying junk.
