Default Having a lot of TrOuBLe!

Ok, some background. I bought a 98 Camaro roller, it was said to have a 99+ ecu and repinned harness. So I just installed my engine (6.0 lq4). It will not start, I am getting 2 error codes. ECT sensor high current, throttle position sensor low current, and sometimes the cam position sensor will come on. So I open HP tuners and see my PCM is from a 2001 bravada v6. Can this work with LS cars? Can anyone help me? Is the ECU not compatible? Am I missing some ground wires somewhere?

Open up the software (not connected to vehicle) and click on the "write vehicle" tab.

This will tell you what the ECM is :

"Hardware P01 ECM GM GEN3 V8 , 4.3 V6" etc.

Yes that’s what it says but arnt the pinout going to be different than an Fbody? I don’t see any other reason why my major sensors are not reading correctly. My tuner said the computer won’t work but I wanted to see if anyone else used one or had this issue
