What causes the commanded AFR to change at WOT? When I go to WOT, the commanded AFR is 12.7. Then, it will change to 11.7 and my injector pulse width will go to 90-97%.

I logged another run and the commanded drops from 14.6 to 13.0 to 11.7 within a few frames. The 11.7 starts ~4500 rpm (Cell 22) and I get some KR as well. The O2's are in the 0.940's-0.950's and having the PE vs RPM at 91% is not leaning it out as it should.
