Dead throttle

Dead throttle Ive been having an intermittent fault recently with the throttle going dead. The engine runs at idle but there is no response, I changed the position sensor with no improvement so I got an OBD reader and got the codes below
1. Throttle / pedal position sensor / switch "D" circuit low input
2. Throttle / pedal position sensor / switch "E" circuit low input
3. Throttle / pedal position sensor / switch D" /"E" voltage correlation.
Ive now changed the plug connecting the TPS to the loom and have cleared the fault codes. I'm hoping this will sort it but if not does anyone know what the voltages should be and where its best to measure them. I'm assuming at the new plug

Thanks lads, Ive changed the connector at the pedal and the throttle body end looks good, it isDBW. Do you know where is best to get a schematic or info of expected voltages from ?

I know this is old, but wondering if anything more developed or solved on this? I am getting similar codes as well. my pedal works sometimes & sometimes not. I am not driving regularly, just buttoning things up. I think it might have to do with the TPS and my physical wire connections. this is in a swap vehicle.
