Remote tuning?

Remote tuning? Does anyone know where or should I say who, does any remote tuning through HP tuner? I know a real tune is done on the dyno but I'm looking more for a configuration setup within the OS . Have a few freeze frames available at various temps and rpms. Completely stock build in front of a low mileage 700R4 so not looking for anything hot just want it setup correctly .
If anyone know a trustworthy that does this sort of thing, I'm willing to pay to learn. And to drive my truck of course too.
