That information is part of the tune. You can download a trial version of HPTuners or (I think?) EFI Live and use them to view a tune from the model and year that you're interested in. I know HP Tuners has a free version that view tunes, and I think EFI Live does as well.
Or you can download the free version of TunerPro, figure out what operating systems ID were used in the model and year you're interested in, then find a .bin file and XDF for one of those operating systems, and use Tuner Pro to view the tune. That's more work, but the advantage is that you can copy the .bin from your own PCM using PCM Hammer or LS Droid (both are free) and use Tuner Pro to edit the tune, and then save the changes to your PCM using PCM Hammer or LS Droid.
