Please Help I have an 07 5.3 Chevy Trailblazer. Dod or Afm broke #1 intake lifter so I replaced the engine with an 06 5.3 not knowing the reluctor wheel was changed in 07 from 24 to 58 teeth. I found that out when it wouldn’t start. I purchased an 06 harness and computer programmed to the 06 vin. After doing the security lockout it started. It idles smooth but only revs to around 3 thousand rpm the engine light is on with a few p-codes. When I try to drive it the fuel pump turns off. Is there anything I can do without changing the reluctor wheel. Can I reprogram the 06 E40 computer to the 07 E67 vin of the vehicle to make it work. I’ve tried the lingenfelter conversion box but it only works for 58 to 24 not 24 to 58 Please help thanks.
