Speedometer gear change?

Speedometer is registered too high. I have found that the rear gears have been changed from 273 to 373 gears. I want to know what speedometer gear I need to change to.

What is the year and make of the car? Most newish cars (late 90's+) you change it thru the computer not on the transmission itself.
