IAT Location with Holley Terminator Max

IAT Location with Holley Terminator Max I am trying to figure out where to put the IAT sensor for my LS swap with a Holley Terminator Max computer. I have a cold air intake that goes to an airbox that is sealed off from the engine compartment. I'm in AZ so the air temps are already high. I'm trying to keep the intake air as cool as possible. could drill the intake tube and put it just after the filter in the engine compartment.. Unfortunately, there is no room in the airbox. I have read that this may heat soak the sensor as it is in the engine compartment.
Or, there is a port just behind the TB on my TBSS intake that I currently have capped that I could use. I have read that this may heat soak the sensor as it is in the intake manifold.
I have done a bunch of searches and looked around and most of the posts contradict each other.
Does anyone have one or the other that works well? Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
