2 step and codes

2 step and codes I have harlans 2 step in the car and it sets 351 thru 358 ingnition coil control codes even when the 2 step is not in use.Does anyone know if this is normal?
I can kill the codes with hp tuners and the car runs fine I just don't know if this is normal for a 2 step.If I clear the codes they don't reappear untill the next restart.Thanks in advance for your help.

I have Harlan's 2 step on my car and it does not set any codes when using it or just driving around.
I'm wondering if it is wired correctly? Like if it's not completly shut off when its "off" and thats causing the coil pack codes?

Well it works correctly,I have it latched to the clutch switch at the pcm pin32 blue connector, with the gray wire.White wire arms the two step by mometary switch to ground.Yellow wire not used yet.
