Default 4l60e wot shifting another thread

I can see in the log 3rd gear is being commanded, revs drop a little and stay stuck almost - ie wont bang off limiter but wont drop in to 3rd. Haven't done too many wot 1-2 shifts but i feel like its the same thing. Just had trans out every thing seemed good (replaced 2-4 band). Shifts great under part throttle. Tried adding extra 1/2 quart, tried dropping shift rpm and mph. Part throttle points are all spot on. I have a 3000 stall, If it was a worn converter would the shift be extra slow or would it cause it not to shift at all? Is it bad vss the part throttle shifting being fine tells me no. Log and tune attached failed 2-3 at 1:49

bump on this. under 6000 rpm shifts great using manual selector. Anything over 6k just goes til it bangs the limiter. Added about a quart and nothing better. Ive heard of pressures being too high and solenoid failing to vent and complete shift... Capped pressures in the tune to 40psi and still no success. When it shifts under 6k it doesn't matter if pressures are high. As all other parameters in the tune are spot on and happen just as theyre set, ive eliminated the tune as a possibility. So what mechanically is preventing a succesfull 2-3 only at WOT above 6k?

If you capped the trans pressure at 40 psi, you'll burn a 60 up in nothing flat. I'd actually be surprised if it moved.
ILl say in advance, I'm very anti 60, just based on personal experience. They CAN live and work, but it's just throwing good money after bad if you make any sort of HP. I'll look at it when I get home and see if I can help.
​​Have you pulled the vss out and looked at it? I've seen this issue when the vss gets nicked because, well a 60 is junk imo.

Ive played with the tune a lot.. and all shift settings happen spot on unless they are set above 6000 while I'm at WOT, which makes me doubt the tune (or VSS) as the problem. the screenshot below had some good sounding suggestions but neither seemed to be the problem (set max line pressure lower in 10psi increments 90-40 to test solenoid vent issue)
