Tuning help!!!!

Tuning help!!!! -So I have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LM7 5.3 STAGE 3 SUMMIT TRUCK CAM AND PRC 1.5 HEADS- had it tuned at a dyno shop but.... I'm having shifting issue at first I thought my 4l60 took a crap cause they do.... Often.... But I'm only making 311 hp and around the same tq. But the first transmission was doing a weird 1-2 up shift if you would push the rpms past 3500 if you keep them under it shifts normal which is what is throwing me for the loop..... I'm taking it back to the dyno shop but they are trying to say is a bad tranny which is possible but highly unlikely in my opinion because they for one usually lose 3-4 and 1-2 stay strong. Or ur strip the sun gear and lose everything.... Another note is I can shift it manually and hammer on the thoottle and it does great but hammer on it in drive it's acts funky.... Any one ever hear of this I'm at a loss.... And I'm stuck with not knowing what to do.

have them flash trans back to stock and rule out the tune. Install a pressure gauge and check trans pressures. Any codes?
Thanks for the reply I have a dyno appt the 17th for my guy to check it out. That's was my thought too was to have him false the trans back to stock as well.... I just find it highly unlikely for 2 tranny's to be doing the same exact thing and it's not even a common issue with a 4l60e.
