Tuner and retired 30 Year GM Tech are both located in Wichita, KS. Tech's hourly rate is extremely reasonable.
The tuner uses HP Tuners on a DynoJet eddy current dyno. He doesn't copy and paste simple tunes and send you on your way. If you have a wideband bung welded on your exhaust he uses it, else he uses a sniffer.
