At a loss here. 2009 Escalade 6.2. Ported Ls3 heads, vvt delete, and longtubes. Truck was tuned and ran amazing for a month till we figured out we forgot to thread seal the intake rocker bolts (OOPS). Now the truck runs great and then runs like total Crap. Smokes REALLY bad runs rough and then sometimes it cleans up and runs great. Pulled the plugs and all the drivers side is black. While doing the vvt delete we installed a acdelco cam sensor from Amazon. Could that be the issue? Oddly enough right after the tune, the crank sensor and oil pressure sensors took a crap. Can these all be tune related? Thanks for the help.

You have too much going on to be certain, but one clogged driver side fuel injector could explain everything.

How would a clogged injector going to explain the oil smoke?

The OP never said oil smoke. I agree that it looks blue in the pic, but that could be a camera issue. I only responded based on the info he wrote. A bad injector could cause the CL programming to overfuel the other cylinders. This is only a preliminary guess, so don't read too much into it.
edit-- A bad ground on the back of a cylinder head could also cause all of this.
