scanned my LS swap today to mess with the tune and my 02 sensor on bank 2 has stopped working, the scan shows no voltage to bank 2, i checked wires and nothing is broken or burned, not sure where to look next....maybe a ground issue?

I’d try a new sensor. The sensor is what creates the voltage, not the other way around. The greater the difference in outside air and in pipe “air” (O2) the greater the voltage produced.
O2 sensors are little mini power plants. The materials used react greatest in the absence of oxygen, therefore producing voltage. If it reads really high, it’s rich. If low, then lean. Simple as that. Also, make sure the wires on the back are CLEAN. That’s how they get the “outside” reference.

so I swapped the bank 1 sensor with the non reading bank 2 and for whatever reason they both work now....wondering if my HP tuner scan program had a glitch or something during the last scan
