Does anyone know if the innova scan tools or other tools that have abs and airbag resets can actually reset the codes on a car that already had "deployment commanded front right and left air bags as well as circuit malfunction" some advertise they can reset airbag codes but i havent had experience with them. Also does anyone know where the front airbag sensor is for when the cars in a wreck that sets off the air bags. Most other vehicles its a sensor on front of the vehicle under the bumper. On the f-bodies is it the module under the console and c5 corvettes the SDM behind the hvac module? Just curious who has had air bag codes or lights and had them reset with the scan tool or dealer. Myairbags.com resets the sdm or stored airbag module for certain vehicles for 50$ and gets rid of the 4 codes stored in the pcm or sdm module by being reset so the airbag light will go off. And has anyone messed with the air bags or unplugged them do you leave the battery disconnected or has anyone tried it battery connected im curious if anyone has tried this feature and whats a good way to set one off simply removing one from a vehicle.
