Looking for a tuner with experience tuning 108 LSA cam My son I recently finished building and installing a 5.7 in his 06 pick up. We plan on taking it to get a dyno tune but wanted to put a few miles on the new yank converter before making any hard pulls. The cam that we went with was the Cam Motion LiL Chopper 222/232 with 108 +3. I picked this cam based on another members build, RedXray, with the same cam in his 6.0. My son wanted the sound but wanted to retain a strong torque band. I am looking for suggestions on a tuner within a couple hours of central Mississippi, that has experience tuning this type of cam. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Don't know of any near you, but there's Geoff Skinner in Louisania and Pat G in Victoria, Texas who I believe does remote and/or mail order tuning. These are probably the very best 2 closest to you.

I wanted to update the thread on this just in case someone else ends up looking for a good tuner.
I contacted Geoff Skinner at Engine Power Systems shortly after posting this thread. Responded right away and I gave him all the info he needed. He took that info and installed a tune in the ECM I had taken down to him. We went back and installed it and the truck started right up and idled very well. Geoff called back the following Monday to ask how the truck ran. I was very pleased with his follow up call. Considering the cam's LSA, I was very surprised he got that good of a idle out of it from a bench tune. My son drove the truck for about 800 to 1000 miles before taking it down to Geoff for final tweaks. Everything worked great. I appreciate this site for getting me pointed in the right direction. I also appreciate the professionalism and follow through Geoff showed taking care of this tune.
