Default Dbw to dbc/sd no start

Hello,

Im attempting to do a DBW to DBC conversion with SD so I can run my FAST 4150 TB and holley split intake, but unfortunately Im getting a no start. The engine does not even try to start.

Everything ran fine before the intake swap and throttle body swap.

I have followed the instructions for disabling the MAF and getting the PCM into SD

I wired in the TPS and IAC and they seem to be working according to the scanner.
I also just plugged in my MAF just so I could get IAT readings, but the MAF is just sort of laying on the intake right now.

0411 RED/BLUE
12212156 OS

High RPM Disable = 8,000 RPM
MAF Freq High Fail = 0hz
DTC's p0101-p0103 = Mil on first error
ETC column = 0

I also downloaded a stock 2002 truck tune from HP Tuners, did a compare file, and copied over everything from the truck tune.

Its also not throwing ANY codes, which is weird. It should throw at least the SES lamp malfunction code because I never hooked one up. It always at least throws that code but its not throwing any.

I have been doing a lot of cranking and I checked the plugs but they are dry? The fuel pump is kicking on and there is fuel in the rails... I cant imagine that its not getting fuel. It looks like the fuel injectors are working according to the scanner.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have attached my tune and scanner file. Let me know if there is anything that stands out.

Apparently its a fuel problem. I sprayed starting fluid down the throttle body and it fired off instantly.

Put 15 g/sec in your lowest maf cell

I would fail the MAF at 200hz or something low, but not zero.

Leave the first 4-5 cells in the MAF table stock then zero out the rest.

This gives the PCM a chance to actually look at the MAF and fail it.

I am an idiot. My fuel pressure regulator was the stock one on the LQ9 intake. When I removed the intake I no longer had a regulator so fuel was just getting pumped in and then out instead of holding pressure.

I bought a regulator and its running fine now.
