Tuner Recommendations Hello, I am wondering if there is a list of known "good" tuners? I'm in Wisconsin (Appleton/Neenah area to be exact) and am looking to get in contact with someone who does tuning. The truck is a 66 GMC P1000 (C10) with a 99 6L ECM/PCM. The engine a 99 6L with Holley 1 7/8" long tube headers, 3" header back with h-pipe and race style mufflers, BTR "Truck Norris" cam (221/22X, 0.582/0.582, 107 LSA), stock port 706 heads with springs/trunnion upgrades, Texas Speed pushrods, TBSS intake/injectors/rail, FiTech 340gph pump, Corvette filter/reg, FiTech 92mm TB, 4L85e with minimal mods.
I have the hardware (and tuning license) for both EFILive (Flashscan V2) and HPTuners (MPVI2) but I do not have the tuning knowhow in order to not blow the thing up. I will be making my own harness and reading everything via a Dakota Digital BIM module/gauge cluster.

Do you have a wideband O2 sensor? Between that and the tuning aids you have (EFILive and HPTuners) plus datalogging, a lot of patience, and reading a lot of posts here on tuning, you should get a good start on it.
Even if you find a tuner, the wideband will help you get a handle on what's going on.

The other thing I haven't decided on (swap still in progress) is going to a Holley Terminator X Max w/trans control or running the OEM 99 PCM. The OEM PCM will do everything I desire which makes me want to stay with that platform and just make my own harness. I've used the Innovate Motorsports LC-2 in the past and been very pleased on the diesel side.
