Hanging Idle *Log file* Hello,
I swapped out my old truck intake for a holley split 4150 style intake and an EBAY special FAST 4150 style throttle body.
Im having trouble with a high and hanging idle.
The engine runs at around 1600 RPMs at idle and when I tap the gas the RPM's like to hang at around 2600 RPMs with a hissing noise until the RPMs come down.
IACV counts are 0 at idle which suggests a vacuum leak. I tried the propane trick to locate a leak and also plugged all the vacuum lines but it has not made a difference. Im hoping its not the used throttle body I bought on ebay.
Any suggestions?

Well I fixed the hanging idle by adjusting the throttle cracker. I double checked and triple checked for vacuum leaks and found none. Engine is running much better now but my IACV counts are still at desired 0 and actual 0.
Any ideas?
