Lets talk launch control Ok, im getting ready to setup my launch control box on factory 0411 gen 3 ECM..... Using HPTUNERS
I bought a Lingenfelter LNC-002. There is a primary rpm and secondary rpm spark cuts that can be enabled so you have 2 different launch settings.
I am turbo'd LQ4 running a manual gearbox. I would like to have one setting for spooling the turbo at the line and then one setting for just shooting flames, bucking, popping, etc.
I plan to accomplish this by:
Primary setting - get antilag box set at where i like it, log a few tests and then pull a bit of timing to ignite the mixture as the exhaust vlave is open to light off the turbo
Secondary setting - tie NC relay into IAT, as soon as momentary button gets pushed, this SHOULD drop the table down to -32*........ Get antilag box set to where its roudy AF, yank timing and dump fuel into those cells to cook some hotdogs
Thoughts on if this would work? OR is there a better way to accomplish what i want?
