Traction Control won’t turn off
It has been happening both before and after my MWC Rear End swap. It started noticing it after my LS3 swap. I know the original shop that did the swap had a hard time tuning my car and I had to take it somewhere else to get it done.
My backing plates are brand new and I verified that they are properly connected and the harness properly seated so I know that’s not the problem.
I also checked the switch with a multimeter and I am getting continuity through the switch leads to ground so I know the switch is still good.
I noticed something in my tune for TCS and the values are completely zeroed out. I also notice my TCS engages a lot more aggressively than it did when I was stock. I read somewhere that this could be a contributing factor… but I don’t know the stock config for those values. Does anyone have any idea?
This is under Traction Control System TCS method retard vs RPM. I was told those values should be populated...
Edit: Checked the stock tune in the HP Tuner repository and they are populated. Should I re-populate mine? I am running an LS3 with a BTR Stage 2 CAM and a 3600 Stall.. ..not sure if this will cause it to detonate should TCS kick in?
