Default TPS voltage range

I have a LS1 from a 2000 Pontiac trans am swapped into my Nissan and I am having an issue with the TPS voltage range.

Completely closed idle voltage ~.503
WOT (fully opened by hand) 4.343
input voltage 5.03 volts

I have a drive by cable 95mm Holley efi throttle body and it will not physically open any more. I have read that my voltage for WOT should be somewhere around 4.65, how do I get my WOT voltage up another .3 volts? Is this something that can be done with tuning?

If you are discussing operating voltages you have DRIVE BY WIRE.
Drive by cable means it is operated by a cable pulling it open, therefore there should be no issue getting full throttle since a cable is yanking it open.

the cable pulls the blade open, the blade moves the TPS and the tps voltage is sent to the computer.

So you should be able to get WOT then. But TPS doesn't know about it....

physically yes the TB reaches WOT, but electronically the TPS does not do the full voltage swing from .5 to 4.65

Reset the TPS or adjust the threshold in the tune for WOT.

Is the Throttle Body opening all the way where the mechanical stop hits?

yes the TB is mechanically stopping. So the TPS can be adjusted in the tuning although it’s cable driven? I do not know much about tuning

I guess I'm not seeing the issue here.

The issue is I am not receiving a full WOT voltage reading on the tps. Wouldnt this be an issue even though the blade is opening fully?

I get the impression that the TPS is not calibrated correctly, to put it in a nutshell...

Well you need to actually look at a scanner to see if it's reading 100% or not but those voltages you are seeing look normal to me.

Would the PCM be able to read 100% if the TPS doesn’t send a voltage back within the WOT range?

As far as I know it is calibrated correctly (mechanically that is). My readings show correct input and idle voltages but when I open the blade fully it will not reach what GM says is the WOT voltage.

If you have this TB https://www.holley.com/products/fuel.../parts/112-585 you can move the TPS on the side with 2 screws and get the voltage in any range you want pretty much. If your scanner is showing 0 tps at idle and 100% tps WOT then not sure what the issue is.

You keep quoting a WOT range that I don't believe is accurate so you need to verify with a scan tool.
