Any scanners with tech 2 capability ?

Any scanners with tech 2 capability ? I need more than a 100$ handheld can do ...I was looking to get a matco scanner but cant get a clear answer if it has full tech 2 capabilities....does anybody know exactly what all functions the tech 2 does over cheap handhelds ? I hate to spend the $$$$ on matco and only get half tech 2 capabilities....or would i be better off with a china tech2 or even spring for a real one off ebay ?
There is no scanner that can do what a Tech 2 can do, that being said some scanners do have some of the features that a Tech 2 has but without knowing exactly what you are after nobody can say for sure.
