Ect -39
Ect -39 We have a 03-07 P59 ECM (Blue/Green) and we can't get the ECT's to register, it keeps registering -39. Both the harness and sensor are known good, we swapped the sensor to a test mule and validate the ECT harness (Blue 74/Blue 80) had continuity and pins were in good shape.
The ECM went thru a same OS segment swap, everything else seems good, truck starts/runs good, won't start when warm and can't get fans to kick.
What are we missing???

BLK wire has 5 volt measured at sender connector.
would jumping BLK to the YEL (signal) put ECT at the top of the temp range?
Note:
Blue 80 is the BLK wire
Blue 74 is the YEL wire
