Default Error code on new LS Swap

Hello, I am just starting the process of test driving and tuning LS Swap. I am getting a P3051 Ignition Coil "A" Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction. I can clear the code and it stays away for a bit then comes right back. I have swapped the Coil, sparkplug, and sparkplug wire with number 3 cylinder to see if that changes the code but still getting the code. Any suggestions on what steps to take to troubleshoot this?

Also the car seems to run and idle very nice until it gets to operating temp. Then it tends to kind of get rough but I don't know if this corresponds with the P3051 code showing up.

Hope someone can help troubleshoot.

Thank you
Trever

Have you tried to swap the coil packs assemblies between banks and see if the code moves or stays?

Yes I swapped Coil, plugs, and plug wires from the 1 and 3 same P3051 code.

For P0351, if you swapped coils and related components on that cylinder, and it stayed, then its a problem along that purple control wire, or quite possibly the PCM itself. Basically, that purple wire gets grounded by the PCM when it wants to fire the coil/ plug. If that wire is shorted or open, it'll set this code.

@Carkhz Man thank you! This might be the exact info I needed. I appreciate you being helpful. I will try this tonight when I get home.
