burst knock

burst knock how can i be getting "massive" amounts of burst knock (4°) up to redline at wot/bost and pt when the rpm/retard table is zeroed out from 4400 rpm (b6212 in efilive)? interestingly there are short events of round numbers (4°, 3°, 2°).
the only recent mod has been going from a 2bar to a 3bar map, so i suspect it might be the culprit, but cant be sure, as i havent been logging burst knock for a while, after finding it only occured in small amounts at very low rpm as it should. i have for sure not touched any knock settings whatsoever, they are all like stock (99 c5/02 cos).

it was the 125922525/0261230185 sensor indeed. im running it on 3 feet of 4 mm rubber line off the brake vacuum. it produces such a volatile map reading that burst gets triggered. i put in a restrictor at the beginning of the line and all is good now, burst is gone. i wonder what this sensor does if you stick it into the manifold directly.
(i always had a restrictor in there with the 2 bar to get smoother map readings but it never triggered burst without it. i thought the ecu would have some smoothing function but apparently not. 99 c5, btw.)
has anybody seen this with the 125922525 as well?
edit: oh, and btw, if you use the zr1 data (312.5, -11.25) the sensor will underreport by 5 kpa.
